Introduction

I created scienceandiron.net to help educate others about fitness. I think the process of improving your fitness provides a valuable experience. The journey to getting in shape can be very long and difficult, and I struggled to be fit for years. I now offer coaching services, speak on podcasts, and write research-based articles to help others reach their fitness goals. My site conveys relevant science to make fitness less difficult. Thus far, I’ve written for myoleanfitness.com and sci-fit.net, while featuring on the SSD Podcast. I will never know everything, but in consistently pursuing the truth and learning, I look to improve others’ lives insofar as I can.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that the coach-client relationship should entail more than simply discussion about training or nutrition. I look to improve my client’s life in any way that I can. I strive to deliver the best coaching experience and results possible. I am willing to answer any questions and help promote lasting habit change for my client’s long-term betterment. Throughout the coaching process, I intend to educate my clients enough for them to longer require my services. Every client receives at least 1 weekly Skype consultation in which they can address all issues they intend to discuss. In return, I expect my client to respect the relationship and provide any data I need in order to help them. I empathize with the struggle of lifestyle change, and as such I’m always willing to work through issues that may interfere with a client’s results. I look forward to helping you look your best.

Client receives 1 questionnaire, 1 personalized training and nutritional program with (internet-based) log, as-needed adjustments to training and nutrition, supplement recommendations, unlimited email correspondence, and 1 weekly Skype call with coach for 1 month.

Online Fitness Coaching: Training Only

Client receives 1 questionnaire, 1 (internet-based) personalized training program with built-in log, as-needed updates to training, unlimited email correspondence, and 1 weekly Skype call with coach for 1 month.

Online Fitness Coaching: Nutrition Only

Client receives 1 questionnaire, personalized nutritional recommendations and (internet-based) log, supplement recommendations, as-needed nutritional adjustments, unlimited email correspondence, and 1 weekly Skype call with coach for 1 month.

 

Personalized Sample Meal Plan

Client receives 1 questionnaire, 1 sample meal plan, supplement recommendations, unlimited email correspondence, and 1 Skype call with coach. This meal plan is structured to fit your goals, dietary preferences, economic constraints, and lifestyle habits.
